Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.
My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

Summary: Property management was great, responsive and helpful recommendations. The property was immaculate and perfectly located for everything from the beach to ferry, restaurants, Main Street and wineries. Plenty of parking on site. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make a meal or to cook out. Wonderful place!

Summary: Our stay was delightful at the SandPiper. It was a perfect size for our family and the host thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. Greenport is a gem and even though it rained while we were here, we enjoyed taking the ferry over to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. Great location on a quiet street. (And close to the ferry to CT.) Highly recommended!
