Summary: The entire staff at The Santa Maria was excellent. The hotel was kept in impeccable condition. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Anytime we needed something sent to our room it was there in a matter of minutes. The pool area was sufficient and clean. The only 2 negatives in my opinion was the food options. We are vegetarian and the food options were extremely limited. If you didn't do the breakfast buffet and decided to go a la cart it took a very, very long time for the food to come out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: 10/10 luxury Hotel. First time in Panama. My family (2 adults 2 teens-17 &14) had a fantastic vacation at the Santa Maria Golf and Resort from start to finish. When we arrived, we were well served by the concierge team and the property was so beautiful. The front desk was very welcoming and top tier.. We spent 5 nights at the resort. The pool was exceptional and the golf course immaculate. Room service came everyday- fresh towels, cleaned the room, replenished our coffee area and fridge. Breakfast was delicious; lots of variety of food. The only negative, they do not have a designated gift shop but they had a long strip nearby, walkable distance with a pharmacy, pet store, etc…we will come back
