Summary: LOVE this place. Perfect location just one block from all the action but quiet and tucked away. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with getting room service one day until very late but that is usual for South Beach.

Summary: My Wife and I spend the week of 4th of July at the Savoy. The management staff and front desk team of Marco, Rose and Maral that we spoke with were super friendly and helpful with local restaurants and activities in the area. The staff at the pool and the beach were always ready to set us up with food and beverages. The amount of staff to wait on you was tremendous. The room was well appointed and freshly made up each day. This was our first long term stay at Miami Beach and we will definitely be back.

Summary: Everything was excellent except they ran out of washcloths and told us we had to use the large bath towels. We did use them, as I am not a fancy person and was just happy to take a shower after a long flight. I was definitely not upset w/the staff because it wasn't their fault. I was simply a bit surprised that any hotel on Miami beach would not have ample supplies of wash cloths. Otherwise I would have given them 5/5.
