Designed by a famous architect, together with a celebrated landscape gardener who created the grounds and the pool, this beautiful villa is situated in Porto Rotondo, at the heart of the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia.
Porto Rotondo harbor is within walking distance and the Yacht Club is just 500 meters away. Sandy beaches can be reached without needing to use the car; the privileged residents of Porto Rotondo have at their disposal a convenient
bus-service to take them directly to the beaches in only 5 minutes. The villa is entered from the parking area by a path adorned with various flowers and plants and interrupted by a series of large rocks, which creates a unique and eye-catching view. The swimming pool, built on the terrace on the most scenic side of the house, looks out over the bay and boasts a hydro-massage system. The porch, with its picturesque sea view, is especially delightful. It is comfortably furnished and has direct access to the living room. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen area with barbeque and brick oven, set among the well-maintained landscaped gardens that slope gently away from the swimming pool ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿฝ.

The infinity pool is right in front of the lounge, surrounded by the green Mediterranean scrub which guarantees absolute privacy. Summary: We stayed at Villa Noemi for a two and a half weeks in June. Our stay was fantastic, we enjoyed every moment during our stay! Everything was organised professonally. Ketty the owner, thought about every single detail to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks for the hospitality and the kindness of housekeeper Paloa. This was our first holiday in Villa Noemi and definetaly not the last one, so keep up the good work! Ugis & Dita & Jasmina

Summary: My wife and I ( plus our dog) stayed at Villa Noemi for four weeks in June. We loved the property. Although it is in Porto Rotundo, which can be very noisy, it feels very private and remote. We loved the pool and the view, which is outstanding. We are traveling throughout Italy for one year and have been to 17 of the 20 regions, enjoying them all but Sardinia is at the top place (tied with Cortina). The sunsets from the villa are unforgettable. The table for outside dining is a perfect place to watch the daily sunset show. The manager and the housekeeper are great and accommodate any requests. My wife and I traveled for business for decades but had never made it to Sardinia but after staying at Villa Noemi, we know we will return, perhaps annually.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Noemi for a week in May. The Villa is beautiful, private, exquisitely furnished and has the most incredible views of the sea & the mountains. Everything we needed was within walking distance. There is an excellent restaurant just down the hill. Ask for the owner, Ricardo. A lovely beach is a 10 minute walk from the house and there are many shops & grocery stores within walking distance. The owner, Ketty, and Paloa, the housekeeper, are terrific and very helpful. When we return to Sardinia, it will be to Villa Noemi!
