Positive: Beautiful beach cottage. Great location on outerbanks, easy access to drive on the beach as well.

Negative: Dryer squeaks loudly and could have used better pots and pans.

Negative: Needed more trash bags, master bed a little too firm, master bath/closet is too small to really even use the toilet comfortably.

Summary: Perfect location, excellent for people with dogs, loved it and will stay here again in the future.

Positive: Great location and lots of Nags Head charm.

Negative: No blankets when we arrived. The unlock code is too long and instructions were not explicit on the unlock procedures. Fire alarms were going off randomly and we had to eventually move them outside, after the handyman supposedly fixed the issue with them.

Summary: The place is great, but was much better when Geri’s Place was managing the property.
