Summary: Joel (the host) was Amazing and had every single detail nailed down. This was an Extremely important time in my life when I was prepared to ask the lady of my dreams to Marry Me! I did a lot of investigation and research on line regarding the “Perfect Place” to ask my beautiful partner the “most important question of our lives”…which she had no idea that it was going to happen. The Property is Absolutely Amazing! Serenity, Privacy, Cleanliness, close to everything one would need..yet still Private! This Property is Truly a “Diamond in the Rough”! Which is Exactly what we were desiring! The pictures on the website are what first captured our attention, however they do not hold a Candle to the Absolute Experience of this property! The Nature, the Sounds and Smells, all different variety of birds and Chipmunks that literally come right to your hands. We have stayed at a Lot of Properties, however This One is by Far THE BEST experience that we have Ever had to this date! We cannot Thank Joel enough for all of his efforts that completely made our stay at this Absolutely “Perfect” Property!!…I apologize for the book that I just wrote…however Joel and Scott Definitely nailed this property down PERFECTLY! …oh, by the way…she did say YES!

Summary: What a spectacular property! It far surpassed our expectations, and the hosts seemed to think of everything. Between the wildlife, the sound of the river, the well-appointed interior, and the incredible night sky, this is definitely one of our favorite rental properties. I could have spent the rest of the summer here.

Summary: Had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable bed sauna and hottub instructions were made easy from the property owner. Check in and out was easy and the owner also sent places of interest with his check in text. There was supplies there for breakfast such as cereal, oatmeal also had smore supplies. You cannot help but relax and enjoy your stay.

Summary: Looking for something different with all the spa amenities and the seclusion of being down by a river bed in the woods. The owner really goes above and beyond thinking of all the little things you wished you would have brought during your stay. This would get 10 stars if possible and a definite return trip in the future.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary and had the BEST time!! Honestly, it blew our expectations out of the water. The wood fired hot tub + sauna was definitely a highlight. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from fresh flowers/chocolate, to robes and slippers. It was a perfect way to end our summer. We would love to return!

Summary: We had the best stay at Joel and Scott's beautiful rental. We arrived to fresh bouquets, a handwritten card, wine, and a lovely candle. Our stay couldn't have been better. This place is everything they've described and more. The sauna and wood fired hot tub were so relaxing, looking over the river running below. The bed was so comfortable, we made great meals in the beautiful kitchen and very much enjoyed sitting out in the screened in porch with a glass of wine. We had a fire and watched shooting stars over the trees on our second night. It felt like we were there for so long even though it was only a two night stay. So relaxing and beautiful. We'll highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
