Positive: The welcome was friendly, the room was cozy, comfortable and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The separate exit into and out of the property was very useful and check out was extremely easy.

Negative: Our room was too close to the kitchen we could hear all the banging and clanging around we could also hear the activity in the restaurant and the music. This isn't a major complaint as we understand some of the guests were probably in the restaurant but just wanted to mention that this could all be heard from our room. This was all over by 11pm so in time for bed. Lastly no complimentary toiletries were given, plus the soap dispenser in the bathroom was basically empty and needed refilling.
