Positive: Opposite a beautiful park with uninterrupted views of the North Sea. The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy with available spots out the front. Mark was a great host, very detailed.

Due to miss understanding we found ourselves without anywhere to stay on our holiday to the North East, but we managed to secure this lovely apartment within half an hour & we couldn't have found anywhere better. The view overlooking the park & out to sea was just amazing. The apartment had every thing you needed, comfortable & homey. Beds were comfy too.

Positive: The views and the location Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Wi fi. On street parking outside. Able to walk through park to seafront. Quiet at night0
Negative: Stairs 3 flights of steep stairs Bathroom very small. Air freshener smell very strong. Not very warm, no instructions for heating. There is on street parking but at busy times of the year/ nice weekends this may not always be available on the road outside. Street outside a lot of litter ( owner can't do much about that)
