Positive: my last minute was for a disabled room and I was happy that this was highlighted and a room change was arranged. Thank you.

Negative: Nothing, it was a good option for an error I made on arrival. I arrived a day early believe it or not and had to find last minute accommodation. Thank you Sebel, it was a delight.
