Positive: Location is superb - easy walking distance to Douglas main town and there's plenty of places to eat. The room was very spacious and clean - bathroom well equipped. Nice to have a lazy day and make use of the pool. The staff were brilliant, helpful friendly and seemed happy working there - looking forward to a return trip -

Negative: Lifts can be frustrating at times - waiting for it going up and down yet not stopping at the floor you are on..

Negative: Parking is a joke....not enough spaces..pay for it then go out in your car to come back to no parking space so have to pay again in nearest multi car park.. Whoever thought this scheme up needs to sit down and put their brain in gear.

Positive: Great location, very friendly staff, clean and lovely breakfast. Large comfortable rooms.

Negative: The hotel's mix of old and new decor felt confused. The garden rooms didn't really have a use or purpose and the bedrooms altho very comfortable could be brought up to date. However good value for money and pros outweigh the cons.
