Positive: Staff were very kind, we arrived at 5.30am having had a flight cancelled, they looked after us - gave us a comfortable place to sit, gave us coffee, breakfast and let us check in by 9.30 am rather than 3pm.
Negative: It was very expensive, but it was TT week and we were on a cancelled flight so booked this as there was a vacancy. It however was lovely, the staff amazing and we understand the price given the time of year.
Summary: Great staff, lovely hotel, perfect location during TT week.

Positive: Everything,this hotel is the best I've used in Douglas. Staff are so nice.
Negative: Lack of a purpose built bar,drinks are available at reception though,dont let this put you off its a superb hotel.

Positive: Breakfast & Hotel was excellent.
Negative: Hotel changed our rooms, even though l had made contact with them through email, with regular updates, After major discussions on arrival, which wasn't needed after a cancelled flight and all the hassle which came with it . Finally, the hotel compensated us with an evening meal & drinks, as they had changed our expensive rooms which were booked nearly a year in advance at a cheaper rate and booked out to others for Manx GP, bike racing. Not impressed how they went about that. But the hotel itself was excellent.

Positive: The staff are so friendly - the room & bathroom were spacious & decorated to a high standard. Free mini bar replenished every day was lovely. Room service and food was delicious. Housekeeping had the room immaculate everyday. Excellent value for money.
Negative: The beds were a little too soft for my preference but still ok - I guess everyone likes a different bed.

Positive: Staff were fantastic, from the very friendly lady on Reception when we arrived to Lucas at breakfast. The breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel.
Negative: We would have liked a view but that was down to us being a late booker and getting the last available room.
