Summary: I was charged taxes with no receipt Room has Roaches, no drinking water, you have to ask for toilet paper all the time, no microwave even in the dining area

Summary: A great hotel. I like that the front desk staff made the stay comfortable, very friendly and professional. One thing that I would recommend for improvement is the breakfast, very limited: cake, bread with cheese, honey, and hard-boil eggs tea, coffee, juice. They lack a variety of breakfast items a typical American would wake up to like yogurt, fruits and fruits is in abundance there. Otherwise very impressive, from the decor, layout, cleanliness...super! This will be where I stay again whenever I go to Morocco. I don't mind the breakfast that much but I hope this feedback would bring some changes to the breakfast menu...Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Summary: The room and bathroom were clean. The staff are very helpful. The location of the area can be a bit complicated especially with the gps.

Summary: Great experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and very clean. Two members of the hotel at thI counter à tall man and a woman from Morocco were very good at customer service. One I didn’t like was that I requested to change room, but I didn’t get a response after my request. And the room is very small compared to the US hotel.

Summary: Hotel is more than excellent, staff in general are very chearfull& friendly espcially Khaled, breakfast improved a lot. Best money value, strongly recommented for honey mooners& close to all shopping centers.

Summary: Brand new boutique style hotel located on a quite street near the centre of the city and a short walk to the Tramway. Well appointed, comfortable rooms and the dining area is spacious and modern. The buffet was good but could use more variety. Because it's a new hotel not too many taxi drivers or people know where it is.
