Summary: Overall this is a nice hotel. It was close to everything. The staff was nice and helpful. My only issue is that not all of the room have been renovated.

Summary: This was a fabulous hotel full of amenities! I will definitely be back! It was on south beach! On Sunday there was a DJ spinning at the hotel pool. The hotel also provides free towels and chairs for the beach!

Summary: We stayed for 5 days and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The airlines changed our flight so we arrived at 930 am and the hotel didn’t miss a beat. They allowed us to check in early and have a late check out on the day we left. The location is nice. You can walk right out to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

Summary: I got a message saying I’ll recieve an upgrade but I paid for the upgrade, they made extra charge. Was not for free. The room was not clean, actually I found in the bath the used soap of the last customer. That was Disgusting

Summary: Everything went well except room was done only twice for our 9 days stay. Explanation was because of corona virus... also front desk woman was very rude when ewe extend our stay, she made us make check out and go down the front desk with all our luggage... fortunately there was a reasonable man at the front desk that allow as to stay at the same room and we went back to the same room with all our luggage... it was a very bad situation that make as loss three our of making up our luggage and waiting to solve the situation and then unpack again....
