Summary: I love staying at this hotel every time I come to Jeju. I know there are newer and probably better hotels in the island, but this is my favorite. It's got helpful staff, nice view, and a beautiful garden for a walk.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights in April. The hotel is a little run down. The restaurants are not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Both the Korean and Japanese restaurants are average at best. The ambience is terrible. The food ok. We are a family of vegetarians, at the Korean restaurant we were served a side with prawns in and a chicken soup. I find this absolutely not acceptable. The dinner was a vegetarian set menu. Not sure I would stay here again.
