Summary: The hotel is new and I like the gym and the swimming pool, The operation manager, Mr. Kencana is also friendly. The only thing is they are lack of staff and only cover the basic operation. The staff that is in cafeteria also don't bother to greet or say thank you to you. Can not blame them because they are very busy.
