Positive: We got very courteous service from Jody who was working at the front desk. She was very helpful with finding us a parking spot for our pickup which was loaded with items we were in the process of moving from Moscow to Boise for our granddaughter. We needed to feel that it would be secure overnight. She was great!

Negative: We have no complaints. This is the second time we've stayed at the Sparrow.

Positive: The property was centrally located and had a small town feel in the big city. The staff were super helpful and willing to give pointers on things to do and where to go. They have a cafe right in the main lobby area so you can get your morning caffeine fix and they even do beer and wine. It was February so the patio wasn’t really open but I imagine it’s fun when the weather gets nicer. Overall a nice spot to check out

Negative: Can’t really think of anything I didn’t enjoy about it. If anything maybe the gym hours, but that really was my fault. They partner with a local gym and I was either too late to try and go or it wasn’t open yet. Let’s be honest, being on a work trip, I didn’t really have the time.

Positive: My friend and I stayed in the double queen room and loved everything-coffee, Sparrow robes, comfortable beds, super cool bathroom and more. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to restaurant and shopping. Even let me keep my car there while we walked around downtown the next morning.

Negative: Nothing! Loved every bit of it!

Summary: Love this cute, cozy hotel. Great location, great staff, great room! Wonderful!
