Summary: The owner and staff were lovely and friendly. I was disappointed in our room. The photos if the room seemed much larger than the actual room. I always make sure when I book a room that it has a private bathroom. The room had a room with a toilet and sink. The bathtub was in the actual room. About 3 feet from the bed. It had a wooden accordion door for privacy. Not very private. When we took a shower apparently you needed to sit in the bathtub. I am disabled and cannot sit like that. It had a hose spray and the water would go all over the floor. I had to wipe it up each time. I also found the Inn to be very dark with lighting. I am visually handicapped and struggled a bit. The Inn had a quaint quality. I am sure it fits the Chautauqua feel. I should have checked into the details for myself a bit better. I probably would not stay again. I also felt what we ended up with did not match the cost of the weekend. The owner and the woman at the desk were wonderful.

Summary: I would have to say Richard and LeAnn were wonderful! They did everything they could to accommodate me and make me feel welcome! The rooms are all so unique and the place is charming.

Summary: It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!
