Negative: We didnt like that we didnt get the room we paid for very annoyed! Over that none of the staff contacted us to tell us was very expensive to stay we should have got the room i had booked we werent impressed!

Positive: Lunch was tasty. Bar staff were pleasant.
Negative: We arrived down to breakfast at a reasonable time (10:15am) and some of the hot food was gone and never replaced. One staff member was a slight bit rude to my daughter when she asked where she could find the butter. The hot tub was roasting, so staff needed to reduce the heat. The steam room was not working when we arrived early.
