Positive: Loved the location, the vibe, and the accommodations. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the bar were super friendly. Loved the access to the speakeasy. It was closed during our visit but we got to see it. The complimentary parking was a nice touch. Nice to have codes rather than keys. The staff digitally was really responsive and friendly.
Negative: The pillows were a little soft and some extra pillows could have been nice.

Negative: Area was quite noisy at night and a herd of elephants must have been in the room above us - could hear every step and floor creak.

Positive: The location was perfect,so close to everything.barely had to drive anywhere. The room was clean updated and spacious.it was so much better than a hotel room. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was parking. But it’s in the heart of the city so that was to be expected. It’s nothing the property can control. They have reserved spots in the parking garage across the street so it’s not bad.
Summary: If I come back to Frankfort I’ll be staying here again.

Positive: The location was great and the free parking across the street was really handy. The space is really attractive with high ceilings and great natural light. Instructions were super clear for check in and check out.
Negative: The room I was in did not have a dresser and there was limited closet space. I was only there for two nights, so living out of a suitcase in the middle of the living room was not a super big deal, but if there were two people there for a longer stay, this would not be ideal.
Summary: Beautiful space in a convenient location.

Positive: The location in Downtown Frankfort was exceptional! After completing the extensive online check-in process (including identity verification) and reviewing the detailed unit access procedures, I had no issues getting parked, finding the hotel, entering the elevator area & unit and getting set up online. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, I was changed and ready to taste bourbon in the bar downstairs (Howser Tavern)!
