Positive: From the first time you enter the hotel they make you feel at home, great helpful staff. From the reception to the concierge to the doorpersons and waiters. They all aim to please you. Well done team.

Positive: Nothing but amazing. Experience from the moment of arrival is wonderful. General manager Ausra came to welcome us, showed around the hotel and told the history of the place. Everywhere you go feels like the experience in art museum. Interior design is beautiful, modern and not over the top. Everything is spanking new, there is not a thing we did not like. This must be one the best hotels I've stayed in the world.

Positive: The new st. Regis has a big brand name for sure. And they took it to another level of decor, luxury and above all the beautiful and talented people who works there. From the front door to the reception, the great 99 sushi bar and at the breakfast! Nora even arranged for me the most touching present at room, after the epic Metallica show! This is my new hotel in town!!!
