Positive: Fab 2 bed house, so big and spacious and clean, very comfy and everything you needed was provided for you. A short 10 min walk into the town centre and plenty of parking space at the property.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.
Summary: Lovely 2 night stay for hubby's birthday, lovely town with lots of history in its buildings.

Positive: So many good things to say about this location. We have been here before and it's a great place. Location is ideal, close to the station and highlight street shops and activities while still being on a quiet side street. The place is clean with mod cons and plenty of space for a family stay. The hosts are great about communicating leading up to and while you're there, including giving tips on things to do while in Melton Mowbray. Highly recommend!

Positive: The accommodation was very spacious, modern and clean. The ensuite, family bathroom and ground floor wc were more than adequate, with great showers. Ample onsite parking. The location was in easy walking distance to the town centre. We ate out at the Anne of Cleeves on the recommendation of the host, the food was very good and well priced. The purpose of our visit was for 2 members of our party to complete a sausage making course at Brockleby's Pies at Asfordby Hill, so it was conveniently placed for that too. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

Negative: the double bed was lovely to look at but for anybody over 5 ft 11 it is too short also the mattress has a definite slope outward on the right hand side.
