Negative: The bed in the master bedroom was very hard so was unable to get a good nights sleep but the smaller one was fine

Positive: The cottage had all facilities. It is rather large, large enough for three persons. In front of the cottage there was enough room for playing badminton, behind the house a fenced sitting part is bordered with flowers. We loved all the bird and mammal live in garden and outside. Nice spotting of Hare, Muntjak en Partridge.
Negative: No point of improvement as far cottage is concerned. We lhhad view on Rape field, which was sprayed with pesticides one early morning. There is more concern about use of pesticides at places where people live nearby fields. I do not know where there is an alternative.

Positive: Very comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation with a lovely light living area upstairs, and two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom for each. Everything you might need is provided with a very well equipped kitchen. Tennis court is very nice and small fenced garden allocated to the property is great for dogs. It was very quiet, could hardly hear railway/road. Nice walks outside the door and walks along the River Test are lovely. Whitchurch and surrounding area is very interesting to explore. Owners are welcoming and very helpful. A delicious loaf of bread, milk and wine were left for us on arrival. We will be booking again!
