Positive: Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Fabulous bed. Luxurious shower. Ample off road parking space.
Negative: Quite pricey, but we booked late and found little else nearby. For the money, the room was a bit small and there was no view to speak of. But fine for one night. Bring slightly picky now, but it was annoying that several lamps glowed and flashed during the night, on the fire alarm, the smoke detector, the CO2 detector, etc, etc.

Positive: Room very nice decor. And lovely setting . Fresh and clean
Negative: Bed and pillows rock hard ! Very disappointed that they wouldn’t let us enter room abit earlier as we had a wedding on site at 2 but noticed room was ready when we arrived at 1 pm !! Sparse tea facilities and not even one biscuit to be had ! Shame let down on customer service

Positive: Did not take the breakfast. Cafe too small and rather costly for simple food
Negative: Unnecessarily costly looking fittings and furnishings and too many. Poorly designed difficult to use shower. Highly specified but very over-priced for what is actually required.
Summary: Guest reception was inadequate - nothing conveyed to us about key code. Over-priced accommodation.

Negative: Location was hard to find in depth description to find it so I still got lost , the postcode will take you to a field opposite the road and around the corner other than that nice place to stay.
