Negative: For saying the property was "professionally " cleaned left and lot to the imagination. The sink and plug hole were very stained but was easily dealt with by hot soapy water and a scourer. Also we were told that in the laundry room there was sweeping brushes and vacuum. On looking for these items we were met by a pile of soiled bed linen all over the floor. Don't know how long it had been there but it was still there 6 days later! Also there was a foul smell emanating from the cupboard under the oven and also coming up through the sink plughole. Whilst we fully checked the cupboard we found nothing and can only assume that some small creature had crawled under the kitchen unit and died.
