Summary: The Hotel and Staff were OK but the booking via Hotels.com was absolutely terrible. It gave me prices in AUD then charged me in USD Tried to sort with their AI answering thing and they just tell me i must have used the US website and too bad. Paid for an Australian Hotel with Australian credit card, in Australia and the prices on the website were in AUD. Not Happy

Summary: Room clean, staff friendly, Indian restaurant food and service top class. However bathroom door filthy on inside, bathrooms very old. We were given 2 rooms upstairs and yet there were NO occupied rooms downstairs. The whole place was very empty compared to when we have stayed here before same time each year.
