Summary: The property was great, and there was tons of communication to help it go even smoother. Great little neighborhood and close to both USF and the fairgrounds where we had to go to for games for our daughters volleyball tournament. The backyard is a great amenity especially if you have pets!!

Summary: I reserved this home for Gasparilla weekend, so I had a few MUST HAVES - I needed a close-to-downtown location, a bathtub to soak away my pain, and a big, comfy bed to sleep away the rest of the pain that came back after I took a bath, lol! This property had everything I wanted, and was *almost* perfect for me. But I'm picky. The only downside was a water heater that wasn't large enough to fill the cast iron tub in the awkward tiny bathroomCommunication with the owner was timely and courteous, and access to the space was easy. The rooms were wonderfully decorated in a warm Old Florida style. There were books EVERYWHERE! On tables, on shelves, in the bedrooms, all over the kitchen... as an avid reader, I loved it so much (there was even a fairy tale book in one of the rooms that was identical to one I had as a child). The home has tons of windows, letting in beautiful Florida light, no matter what time of day it is - I found myself *not* turning on lights, and just enjoying the sunshine. The home is spacious, with lots of different options to spread out if you come with a big family. The kitchen has every single thing you don't even realize you need, including many small appliances, and a pretty well-stocked spice rack, and an icemaker in the freezer. The bedrooms were large, not over-full of furniture that makes navigating the space annoying. Both sides of the bed had a nightstand, each bedroom had a TV with a Roku, and a small dresser; also ample closet space.

Summary: As a former Tampa resident I know Seminole Heights can be hit or miss but this area is precious and perfect. 2 minute drive to Publix, easy access to the interstates, friendly neighbors always walking and waving, and a big yard for the pup. The house is well stocked and smells lovely! The team was very communicative and responsive about a couple suggestions for future. Appreciated the minis of toiletries, laundry soap, and dish soap that were enough to last me a few days and not have to buy full sizes for a short stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Property is in a lovely neighborhood, old Tampa with all the houses renovated. Lovely to walk around, with beautiful old trees, birds everywhere and it’s safe. The house is comfortable with everything you could need. House is very clean, living room is comfortable, beds are comfy. We had 2 dogs and the back yard was perfect for them to run around. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Jared was VERY responsive, getting to the house to let us in within 15 mins. Have always stayed in hotels when we come to FL, we’ll definitely stay here in the future.
