Summary: Mornings and evenings were so peaceful outside on the porch overlooking the nice large backyard. Lots of space in the house, comfortable beds and a nice respite from the busyness of CSTAT.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. Contact with property manager Jeremy was great. Home was an older home, but very clean and decorated really nice. Plenty of parking space with nice yard. Great place to spend weekend for a game or visit your student. Would stay here again.

Summary: Dog Friendly! Love that. In town for Aggie graduation. Very unique floor plan but was just fine for our 6 adults. Huge yard and plenty of parking. The detached carport is great for cars or to use as an outdoor pavilion for any gatherings. The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee even in the rain. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. No dishwasher, no disposal in the kitchen so that was an adjustment. Floor plan upstairs could be a concern for some but for those that are close or have younger kids with them, it could be perfect. The kitchen has basic tools for stove cooking. I would stay here again when having a larger group for an extended visit. Owner was honest, easy to reach by phone, and never tried to cancel or adjust our booking like some of the horror stories you hear when booking for an Aggie event. We booked a year in advance with no booking issues.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of teenage boys for a tournament. It was great to be able to have the boys in the upstairs quarters and we all fit perfectly. Although our stay was very short, it was really enjoyable.

Summary: We loved the house..It’s a unique property. It has plenty of room for your entire group to spread out/enjoy. We were a bit concerned that it’s across the street from a correctional facility; however, it was quiet & we had no issues. The owner was very responsive with a. Issue we had (our fault), and he resolved it quickly without any fuss. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for our game day stay!

Summary: Downtown Bryan location. A whole house for a whole family. A super fun place to stay and gather with loved ones. Spacious 4-bedroom home, big, substantial, spacious bathroom, game room, TV entertainment w/ beautiful garden. The property owner, Jeremy, was very hospitable through our full vacation journey time spent there from the check-In to check-out. We'll come back to do more time in this beautiful town Bryan TX and visit A&M sports games. Family is appreciated with the stayed.

Summary: We were very charmed by this house! It is decorated so cute and has everything you need to be comfortable! I appreciated quality cookware, dishes, bedding and towels, an abundance of fans and air conditioning window units in each room. The yard was gorgeous and huge and the big room w the ping pong table and huge tv was an awesome place for kids to be entertained. There was tons of storage available for unpacking and great parking. It is near a federal womens prison but that wasn’t an issue for us, just a point of interest. We would stay again anytime. The free snacks were a kind welcome.
