Summary: We were there for a Friday night high school foot ball game in Bryan and attending the Aggies' game on Saturday at Kyle Fields. It's a little bit out of town but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Beautiful, quite area! We'll book again!

Summary: Perfect house for our 4 adults to say during A&M Graduation time. Host was very responsive, even when we had to change plans and bring our 2 small dogs. The area has had a lot of rain this year so the mosquitos were awful so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors but did enjoy many hours at the pool table! The wall art was interested and sparked lots of conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Summary: Myself and my 3 cousins stayed here and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, quiet and secluded with deer seen on the property as well as rabbits, and a possum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and able to reconnect with family. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: About 10 miles from BCS. Perfect for private family gatherings. Close enough to get groceries if needed. House was great for a small family gathering with simple outdoor space. Felt like we were miles from civilization. We loved it! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Austin!

Summary: If you are visiting College Station/Bryan this is a fun family home on a large, wooded lot 15 minutes from town.

Summary: Perfect size for our family. The pool table was a welcome amenity. The cabinets are in need of repair and the dishwasher was not secured in the cabinet. It tried to call out if you loaded the top first.
