Summary: Love the Villa,the golf cart was great to get around the resort,solar panels are a great addition to the Villa since they have been power outages in the whole island!! José is one of the best hosts I have encountered,no matter the time or day he will always answer any questions I had almost immediately,highly recommended!! The only thing I will tell Jose is to have basic instructions (like trash disposal) on the table and a map of the resort can be helpful because the resort is huge!!Will definitely rent in the future!! Thank you Jose for everything!!!

Summary: The unit is beautiful clean and and comfortable. Plenty of space comfortable beds. Everything you can need for your stay. Honestly the pictures do not do it justice. Had 1 issue and management responded immediately and rectified the issue. It is very quiet and peaceful. 2 pools right by the unit that you can see from the balcony. Monitored entrance makes you feel very safe. Palmas is gorgeous, my family and I love it there.

Summary: Some feedback - Jose was very attentive and prompt to respond when contacted. Cleaning staff should review all basic essentials when cleaning. For example There were no garbage bags. Golf cart is not in good condition - consider repairs. We drove it only one time for a short drive and was worried about the reliability. Also some overall preparation for the infrastructure regarding power failure. We would have been more prepared with ice in the freezer to keep our food safe. I understand the effects of the hurricane still impact the electrical capabilities. It wouldn’t deter me from ever renting a place but just give me fair warning to be aware of. This place was so clean and stocked with food essentials and laundry supplies. Patio and terrace amazing. I would highly recommend other stay here. Thank you for renting to me and my family.

Summary: This property was a spacious home away from home. Made our short family trip extremely pleasant. Communication was awesome. Furniture was comfortable. Facilities were safe, clean and easy to get around. The roof deck was spectacular. Looking forward to returning.
