Positive: The location is good. parking onsite was a must for us. Nice spacious apartment that you can tell has been recently renovated.
Negative: Unfortunately it was not cleaned well. There was a buildup of hair in the corner of the bathroom as well as several stray dark hairs in the shower and the sink. We also found a few staples on the carpet in the living room which suggests it wasn’t vacuumed well. The air con being behind a curtain was a problem too as you either lost the cool air or you had to let light in.
Summary: Overall would recommend for an affordable short stay in Vancouver

Negative: We have stayed a few times now . This time small double bed was not great due to size of the bed. . No plug in kitchen Balcony tidy but the roof space just over from the balcony is always dirty with rubbish … We feel accomodation is pretty average

Positive: Hotel was one I'd stayed in before it changed hands. The room was perfectly sized, clean and quiet. No real view beyond the carpark behind the building but that was to be expected. Hotel was well placed next to Davie Street for easy access to food and bars. Enjoyable hotel.
Negative: Despite being a Marriot member because I had used booking.com to book I couldn't get any points for my stay. One of the reasons I booked the hotel.
