The Space:
You will have a beautiful view of the Olympic size pool. You can turn on the soft lights on the patio with a glass of wine. It is the perfect couples retreat with enough room for the kids. We recently added a new gaming console in the guest room. This console is connected to the TV much like a firestick. Once you access the appropriate HMDI input on the TV then you can play over 20,000 Arcade Games from the 70's through the 90's from all over the world. The Sunshine Oasis also has a TV in every room.
It is also the perfect location for traveling Nurses since The Sunshine Oasis is located right in the Heart of Houston's World Renowned Medical District. Literally down the street from Helix Park, the collaborative medical research center currently under construction, and expected to be completed in 2025. The Sunshine Oasis offers a sleeper sofa so the kids will have their own lavish accommodations. You will be able to spread out and enjoy the awesome amenities that The Sunshine Oasis has to offer.
Guest Access:
Once you retrieve the White Key-Like Fob from the Sunshine Oasis, you will have access to all areas of the apartment complex, which includes the pool, cabanas, fully-equipped gym, coffee bar, outdoor seating areas, and all grill areas.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The residents and guest(s) are very respectful and mindful.
There are a plethora of restaurants and bars within 5-10 miles from the community.
Getting Around:
If you do not have a vehicle, then the best mode of transportation will be Uber and/or Lift. You can also catch the local Metro Bus and Rail. There are also some restaurants and bars in walking distance. It is best to head north from the front entrance of the community. Free parking is available on the street 24 hours a day on the north side of the complex. The parking garage is also free and available to you and your guests on the 5th Level. Levels 1-4 are also available to you, but you MUST obtain the Parking Pass from the apartment first, and hang it on your rearview mirror to park on these Levels.
