Positive: The Apartment was Cosy and comfortable Clean linens and towels All appliances were in working condition Parking right outside the apartment Close to the downtown
Negative: The family staying upstairs was extremely loud on the weekend.. party went on till early morning Noise easily travels through the walls Please bring earplugs if u need good sleep Only 2 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher tablets and 2 clothes washing tablets for 5 nights stay.. No broom in site No basic salt and pepper provided There was a big storm while we stayed here.. No electricity for 24 hours.. We coming from Dubai have no idea of how things work in US but on asking the host a few questions about the same.. got ridiculous rude replies instead of simple answers.. Sorry to Say..Having travelled over 85+ countries around the world.. and being a Genius Top Member of Bookings Was amongst the top 5 ridiculous experiences we had.. Regards

Positive: Well furnished and spacious apartment, well stocked and maintained. Parking space in front of the flat included. Short distance to unload car into flat. Friendly support by our host Gloria.
Negative: The only issue we had were very noise tenants in the flat above us. After they left, everything was perfect.

Positive: Clean and comfortable unit. It had complimentary coffee and tea and this was great! Good location that is close to the Zoo and museums.
Negative: Our neighbors upstairs were loud and we heard them very well! It was not comfortable when our kids slept .
