Summary: We were a bit curious about this being just an apartment because it looked like a single family home. Kimberly greeted me when I arrived first and directed me to the front door which led to a private staircase to the second floor. We had the entire second floor. Kimberly and John had the entire first floor. We never had any hint that anyone lived a floor below. And I suppose if we needed anything they would have been able to respond very quickly. The apartment is spacious with lots of light. Very comfortable for the two of us.

Summary: What a wonderful visit I had. I was on a business trip most of the day for a week and I could not wait to come home to the quiet and calm of this house. Each corner had a special place i enjoyed at a different time of the day. This was an extremely clean and organized house that had everything I could ever need. I was so grateful for how much time the owners put into this special home. After a long day, I even had a surprise popsicle in the freezer. Everything one could need in the kitchen, olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee. Wonderful showers and warm and comfy beds. I loved to look out at the water over breakfast and smell the honeysuckle outside on the water. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made me feel like family. I cannot wait to come back again.

Summary: I recently stayed in a lovely two bedroom suite in Deltaville Va. The house was so lovely and clean with a lot of space to relax to cook and to sleep. The house was updated with new appliances, and decorated beautifully . There’s a living room dining area and a beautiful sunroom. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I got the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time I belong to VRBO myself and have a place in Bryce Mountain, so I’m very particular about where I stay. Summary: This is one of the best VRBO properties I have rented. Jon and Kimberly are awesome hosts. They have done a fantastic job with the space. It is comfortable and inviting. We were only here for the weekend to attend sailing classes. But will definitely come back to enjoy all the amenities they offer. There are many!!!
