Positive: Very clear instructions from the host. They were very quick to respond to any questions e.g. about parking. Easy access to the venue. Lock box easy access.
Negative: Not sure we need the google suite in the room, it is glitchy and doesn't really add anything to the venue.
Summary: So good, I would recommend this as a destination in Dunedin.

Positive: Contemporary design and fit out in a heritage building in a great location - close to restaurants, easy access to arterial roads and opposite a park. Good comfy furnishings and all amenities you could need to prepare a meal, wash and dry clothes and just relax! And also lift!
Negative: Nothing to dislike !
Summary: Loved the property - trendy in trendy part of town-comfortable. Highly recommend.

Positive: A lovely heritage building in a very good location. The apartment was stylish and comfortable, and there was a lift, which helped in getting luggage to the upper floors. Although there is no dedicated parking, there is public parking opposite the building at a very reasonable cost (short-term free parking is available in front of the building to offload luggage). The owners were extremely helpful in their communication with us.
Negative: The bedroom is rather compact, so our cases needed to stay in the living area. This really didn't cause us much of a problem.

Positive: Everything has been just wonderful. Love everything about our apartment especially the view and the design, the history of the building befitting the city, the location, the warmth, the comfy bed, great shower pressure, everything possible provided to make our stay exceptional. Weโ€™d love to stay again.
Negative: Only a couple of really small things which didnโ€™t affect our enjoyment of the stay. The lock box push down button was really difficult to hold down far enough to get the box open once the code was put in. Maybe the spring mechanism is a bit stiff or something. I took around 5 minutes trying to get it open including a phone call but managed to get it open when I was on the phone. I had some trouble working out how to operate the Nespresso as the capsule holder in the machine doesnโ€™t seem compatible with the capsules provided but may have been my ineptitude. Not a biggie. There were no capsules provided that I could find to fit the machine. Communications with the host/manager were excellent so nothing was ever really an issue.
Summary: Exceptional building and accommodation which perfectly fit host cityโ€˜s history making a fab memory.
