Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the Thistle Inn. Andy and Magda made us feel so welcome on their farm. Everything is done with love, our room and all the shared rooms like kitchen, living room and bathroom are so well renovated and decorated. It was very cozy. If you have any questions about the area, the farm or the garden, the hosts are very happy to help out. Overall a great place to stay if you like a cozy break in nature with great hosts.

Positive: We loved it here. The farm is beautiful and lush. The (family)room was very pretty with a comfy bed. Downstairs there is a publike sittingroom that is very cosy after dark. Shower and eco-toilet are a few meters outside on an easy to follow path. Brekkie was good, the owners are super nice and its an overall great place to stay with little touches like fresh flowers everywhere and fruit from the garden etc. One of my faves of the whole trip.

I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to stay in a place with historic, typically Swedish details, and environmentally friendly.

Positive: We really enjoyed staying in the Tiny House run by the young family! The Tiny House and amenities were all clean and are perfect for couples that enjoy off-grid holidays. The breakfast was diverse, homegrown, and organic and accommodated us (lactose and gluten free people). The sweet family that runs it made check-in flexible for us; gave us insight into the best spots in the area for visiting, walking, and swimming; and have made the premises sustainable and environmentally friendly. Evenings included enjoying board games in the pub, music nights, and watching sunsets over the idyllic country views from the well-placed benches. We cannot recommend a stay at the Thistle Inn and visit to the area enough, as they remain a hidden gem in a gorgeous part of Sweden.
