Positive: The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The donuts during breakfast were delicious. Location was very convenient and made it easy to walk everywhere we intended to visit. Also allowing pets made it great for us to bring our dog.
Negative: The bed was not very comfortable. The shower was barely a sprinkle of water coming out, which was annoying and time consuming to shower and get the soap off of our bodies. The toilet handle fell off a few times and we just fixed it ourselves, and let staff know upon us leaving.

Positive: Older property but overall was a great stay. River street is a good walk but wasn’t to bad. Enjoyed the free donuts and popcorn. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Check in was smooth and the lady was nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Positive: When we checked in, staff member Wren was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though we were near a busy street, it was very quiet when we were sleeping.

Positive: It’s a really good location, and the room was absolutely huge. We loved the morning doughnuts and complimentary popcorn and drinks.
Negative: The room was not well maintained and a little bit grubby. We also thought the daily parking charge of $25 was very steep, and some of the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest or most helpful. The air conditioning unit was also fighting for its life and not very powerful.

Positive: We had no problems at all with this hotel and were extremely happy with everything. The staff was friendly and quick to help, and we always enjoy the fun touches like donuts and lemonade in the lobby. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and will keep coming back—it’s always a great experience.
Negative: The only minor issue was our door handle not working, but the staff quickly replaced the entire mechanism while we relaxed in the lobby with snacks. It would have been nice to receive a small courtesy (like a parking refund) for the inconvenience, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.
