Positive: Sandra, the host, waited for us but since we couldn't get there there on time, she sent me very specific instructions for the check in and check out procedures. She was really nice and responded quickly to our needs. The staff was very polite. The condominium was very pretty and clean. It has a private beach and a pool. It also has a full kitchen and even an airfryier and beach chairs and umbrella, hair dryer and flat iron which was nice. The building also has excellent safety features.
Negative: I had chosen an ocean view apartment, bit I got an apartment facing the street. The building and the condo doesn't have filtered water, and we were responsible for taking the boxes or big bags to the garbage according to the recycling regulations that if they are not followed can cost $100.
Summary: It was a nice relaxing stay.

Positive: Location. The view was great even though it was not ocean view. Great restaurants close by.
Negative: The property was older and you could smell what everyone was cooking in the hallway. The bathroom shower was broken and could barely turn it on or off. Our kids could not take a bath cause the tub did not hold water. The beds were so hard and owner needs to invest in actual mattresses not just pieces of foam as we discovered. They make you pay $30 for a key fob that you’ll never use again.
Summary: Overall enjoyed our vacation and the location.
