Come enjoy lake living at its best! Our Lake Ossipee vacation home is a wonderful all-seasons property - excellent for a summer vacation, a fall foliage trip, or as a winter skiing/snowmobiling destination. Whether you are looking for an outdoor adventure or a quiet get-away, this home is the perfect ‘basecamp’ from which to explore the Lakes region and Mt. Washington Valley. We rent weekly during the summer on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house, as well as an adjacent, seasonal “guest cottage” (one additional bedroom, living room, and a third bathroom – available only in summer and early fall as we do shut off the water for the winter and early spring season), this home is perfect for extended family vacations or other groups. The bedrooms include:
- 1 king bed in the master,
- a kids bunk room with 2 twin beds and twin bunks (sleeps 4)
- two bedrooms on the first floor with a queen size bed each
- The guest cottage includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a full sized pullout couch. We also have a pack n play and an aerobed for big groups!
This home has a warm, “cottage”, feel, but with lots of space and modern amenities. In addition to good sized bedrooms and open living spaces, this lake house features a pool table in the downstairs rec room, window air conditioning units and ceiling fans for your comfort, as well as a recently upgraded chef’s kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals for a group (kitchen includes Jenn Air appliances, granite countertops, as well as many modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas cooktop, and trash compactor).
From the open kitchen and living room area and outside from several decks, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of crystal clear Ossipee Lake. It’s just a few steps out your front door to the Ossipee Bluffs Association sandy beach (~50 feet to the beach, exactly 250 feet from door to shore), which has picnic tables, a roped-off shallow swimming area, volleyball net and children’s play set. Most importantly, you’ll love the breathtaking views of the White Mountains including Mt. Chocorua and Mt. Washington (the tallest peak east of the Mississippi @ 6,288 ft).
With two marinas on the lake, you don’t need your own boat – rentals of all types (from boats for fishing and water sports, to kayaks, canoes, and waverunners) are available nearby. You'll find swimming, boating/fishing, golfing, and hiking to dining, shopping, and family attractions ranging from scenic tours to craft fairs to amusement parks, all within under 45 minutes from the house. In winter, skiing and snowmobiling too! There are countless activities to choose from in this beautiful area.

Summary: Our stay at The Tinkerbell was perfect for celebrating our friends 50th Birthday. The set up was perfect for chatting, having meals, and playing Cards Against Humanity! Matt was very helpful with the check in process and quick to respond when we had questions. The Tinkerbell is perfect if you have a group of people who want to spend quality time together!

Summary: This is a lovely house on a beautiful piece of property of property facing the lake and beach. We went for a hiking weekend so there was a group climbing Mount Chocorua. It is a strenuous hike even though it is not a 4000 foot mountain. Others of us took a lakeside walk. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. Our teenagers enjoyed the basement room with the pool table. The layout of the first floor is very conducive to cooking, eating and socializing which is important to our group. The dining room table easily seats 12.

Summary: This was an absolute great location for a friends-reunion. The house was clean, comfortable and included a great, open-concept kitchen / living room for cooking, board games and relaxation. The property owners were incredibly helpful with pre-planning, as well as with being available for questions during our stay. It was an all around fantastic stay and hoping to return! :-)

Summary: We had the most amazing Labor Day weekend at The Tinker Bell on Ossipee Lake! Thank you to Matt and Jenn for opening up their gorgeous lakefront home to our family - they are fabulous hosts! Tinker Bell is literally the most perfect location if you’re looking for a New Hampshire getaway with breathtaking views. The home had ample space, a fun pool table and fire pit and steps from the water. We rented a boat for the day - all the fun water sports/activities are so easily accessible! My family and I had such a memorable stay here. I mean it when I say it because this is where I got engaged! ❤️💍🧚🏼‍♂️ A real fairytale indeed! Thank you for the memories we will forever cherish.

Summary: We were very happy with the property and location. Overall it was a big hit with the whole family and we had everything we needed at the house. Very close to golf course and other shopping which left more time for fun. Game room and pool table helped keep the fun going at night and the lake is beautiful. Had fun tubing with everyone on the pontoon boat rented at a local marina, wish we had a place to dock but it was close and we picked it up every morning. Thanks for a great week!
