Positive: The location was exceptional. We were right on the MRT into KL Sentral, and from there, you can get anywhere you want to go. The view from the room was great, showing right across Mid Valley. The room was well-lit, and the air conditioning was too good.
Negative: The property was as advertised with certain exceptions. First, a deposit for breakages was not mentioned until we arrived and were in the room. Second, the cleaning service was not mentioned at all until we asked. There was inadequate dining and kitchenware, so we purchased our own. There was only a microwave, and microwaves are not good these days. The bedding was extremely low quality, and not enough bathroom towels. We purchased our own toilet and house cleaning ancilleries. The cost of a cleaner would have been 80 Malaysian Ringgit, which would have added extra cost to the holiday. It would be best if you had a phone that works, as the property agents will send you checking instructions only when you arrive in the country.
Summary: Overall the experience was very good, but make sure you get all the details correctly.

Negative: Some of the power plugs don’t seem to work but that wasn’t the end of the world.

Positive: I loved the location and how clean it was
Negative: Unfortunately, the facilities were rather bare! There was no coffee mugs and no proper toiletries or coffee/tea provided! The TV was not functioning and WiFi was non existent! This place is ok for an overnight stay but beyond that it is very pricey for what it actually offers! They should have a proper detailed list or booklet on how to access things like WiFi and TV They provided a washer dryer but no detergent ! Again....a let down! And they demanded a RM 300 deposit B4 they would allow me access to the property! I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE! If I wasn't already invested and it being late in the day, I would have protested! And they took 3 whole days to get me my money back or refund! I didn't appreciate it at all!

Positive: The room is big enough and aircon was perfect. location was ideal for me to access to work. Accessing to MRT is so easy. lift of the building was a bit confusing for first timer like me. Few mamak store around, gets lesser when it come to dinner time.
Negative: It is next to highway really noisy through out the night. if you are not use to traffic noise this is not the location for you. Wifi is really bad. There is SMART TV but it is totally useless without strong WIFI, you can consider TV is not working at all. Response from management is slow. can be frustrating at time. really really slow. Upon check in i notice one of the table lamp not working, complained to management, no respond until the day i checked out. Sink in the toilet having blockage drain, could have been clear. but i guess nobody ever complain but it is the management to check before guest moved in. That's what guest paid for.
Summary: Looking for better unit around this area. at least with strong WIFI.
