Summary: A perfectly located loft style apartment; perfect for travellers who want a bit of space but somewhere centrally located. There is no reception so we needed to email the property the day before to tell them our arrival time. The apartment was clean and had lovely views of China town and the Melbourne skyline. Became worried when earplugs were thoughtfully supplied; turns out the bar down the alley can get a bit noisy, but the noise during the week was over not long after 11pm. My friend and I frequented the bar during our stay anyway. Would definitely stay here again mid week but might look else where over the weekend. Perfect for a midweek getaway for a couple of night.

Summary: Very clean, easy communication and meeting Molly for key pickup/payment etc. handy to trams and food outlets. Two excellent bedrooms (beds had beautiful linen and very comfy), but living area a little small although all amenities were provided. Would stay there again. Only downside was noisy nightlife!
