Summary: Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n.

Summary: The staff are excellent, friendly and very helpful. I should highlight the massage was amazing continued with sauna and spa hence you don’t need to go anywhere.

Summary: Room was quite well appointed. Could have a tour desk though. Breakfast service was quite poor. Food was not of international standard and was served cold to lukewarm. Staff have a habit of clearing your table even when you are not done with your meal. Don’t use the 6 or 12 hr car service. Its supposed to be at your disposal to bring you to all the places but the driver will bring you to some places like a coffee factory that gives him some incentive$. Overall a good hotel being next to Trans Mall and Trans Studio Amusement Park.
