Positive: Amazing lodge in a superbly quiet location. Incredibly clean & extremely well equipped. Bread, doughnuts, milk, coffee pods, dog treats etc etc all provided. Everything has been thought of. Loved it.
Negative: Sites bar & “restaurant” is a 15 minute walk at the other end of the golf course. It’s tired & in need of considerable TLC. Not sure why there is no shop on site nor why a bar isn’t built into reception.
Summary: Amazing Lodge in.Wonderful setting - loved it!

Positive: The property is brilliant comfy beds and sofas for when you’ve been out exploring all day. The bread, doughnuts and milk were a very welcome treat for when we arrived and fresh flowers, slippers for walking around in the lodge and a selection of coffee pods for the machine,. Some really nice touches for the stay.
Negative: The WiFi was patchy but it made us put down our devices, not a bad thing.

Positive: Really comfortable, well equipped lodge.Comfortable beds.Great little extras & fresh flowers, milk & bread & doughnuts on arrival. Great position to visit seaside & inland villages too. Close to A1 is so easy to travel either direction. Great cafe at Nelson park in Swarland.
Negative: Not much onsite.

Positive: Loved everything about this lodge. We stayed here for a week after moving out of house whilst we were between places. Such a beautiful place and myself, partner and our kids didn't want to leave!

Positive: Everything was amazing. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen equipment, bedrooms and bathroom were all finished to a high standard. The welcome pack was lovely, Bread, Milk, Doughnuts, fresh flowers, butter, jam and a fully stocked coffee machine!. Extras like cleaning cloths, tea towels, bin bags, condiments, cotton wool, face cloths and ear buds in both bathrooms. Slippers to wear in the lodge and fire sticks in all 3 TV's. The lodge was warm and perfectly located for a peaceful stay nestled in a corner with no passing traffic. We can not wait to come back again. My biggest comment was that usually when you see photos and then see lodges in reality its never quite as good BUT this i can say is exactly as the advertised photos show if not better.
Negative: Everything was amazing!! The only down side is that this is not MY lodge and I had to come home.
Summary: Amazing quality perfect for a relaxing luxury break.

Positive: Property was lovely absolutely beautiful. Very lovely stay.
Negative: The site had organise d tree cutting directly outside the property and disturbed me from 8am and throughout the day. Also have large scratch down my vehicle which can only have been from trees and vehicles squeezing past my car. Will be discussing with the park. Complained to booking.com but had no response for three day, the owner resolved it straight away just a shame it was so disruptive. No fault of the owner at all
