Summary: This place was amazing for our family vacation. Our group ranged in age from 6 to 64 years old and it fit the bill. Simply amazing. We brought our own games which we didn’t even use since the house had a pool table and a variety of different games. The house was bigger than expected! So comfortable. We also added the pool heat and it was well worth the cost. The pool slide was a cherry on top.Beds were also very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. I really appreciated the labels in the kitchen which helped us avoid mundanely opening cabinets/drawers to look for an item. They also had a good number of seasoning available. That’s usually something we have to buy.The neighborhood is quiet and added to our peace and relaxation. For families and groups looking for a quiet and safe rental, this house is in a great location. The street is also aesthetically pleasing.Communication with the property manager was very easy and prompt. 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: We had a lot of issues during check in. The gate was padlocked and we were not provided the code. The power was not turned on during our arrival, and we had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed. This caused us to miss an excursion as we were planning to drop off our things and immediately go there. The property managers were mostly easy to get a hold of and attended to all of our problems as quickly as they could. Overall the stay was amazing and everyone in my party had a great time. The property looks just like the pictures!

Summary: The house has great features and bedrooms. The layout is quite convenient and is a great place to get away. Pros - outdoor space, lots of activities built within the house, clean and spacious. Kitchen area is especially nice with really good knives for cooking and higher end appliances, dishes, utensils. Nice towels, sheets etc Cons - having to be mindful of noise after 9pm, large barking dogs right next door, a few snafus with things broken or breaking (but mostly remedied during our stay), water taking quite some time to heat (inside and out), extra costs needed for heating pool and spa, higher end cost for what it actually is. However, all in all, if you are looking for a place to just get away and do things in the house, this place could be for you.

Summary: The property is beautiful and has everything you would want for a vacation home. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We were six adults and three small children. The house and yard were perfect for us. Our only complaint would be the dogs next door barking at us every time we were at the pool and the fact the owner does not allow anyone outside after 9:00. The adults had quiet conversation outside one night after 9:00 and we received a text from the owner saying it was quiet time, which we were observing.
