Summary: Check in process went very smooth. Pre-check in questions helped to make our stay more comfortable. We were placed away from traffic noises and that was very thoughtful.

Summary: Really convenient for the university if you are visiting students but really nothing around the hotel other than uni . Walls very thin so bring earplugs and we found most electric sockets not working so hard to charge phone . And room not cleaned in 4 nights

Summary: Positive: Previous communication with hotel, requesting confirmation of number of guest, if disability room was needed, pets etc. Hotel room was clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. Room had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Hotel is located in a beautiful area next to the Emory University with walking distance to CVS, popular fast food dinning options and a local bus transportation (Marta Blue line route). Very quiet and safe area. Negative: Hotel offered breakfast, but it was less than a continental style type. Bathroom has not additional towel hangers besides a small one inside the shower so we were setting our wet towels on chairs or leaving them inside of a small closet which make them smell. my family -4people- stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning service (trash not taking out, beds unmade, new clean towels or replenish of toilet paper) was provided. If you didn't book the hotel directly with them instead of with an external website, there is parking charge at the end of your stay.
