The private second-story, 2 bed/2 bath unit has its own private front entrance with a large front porch, fenced yard, and gated parking for one vehicle. The large, almost floor-to-ceiling windows bring in tons of natural light, making the house bristle fresh. The unit has high-speed internet, an easy-to-use Nest thermostat, and is newly furnished. The master has a king-size bed, dressing room, and private bath with the original clawfoot tub, twin sinks, luxurious 2-person shower with dual shower heads, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room includes a super comfy leather sofa with a pull-out bed and a 50” internet-enabled flat-screen TV.
