Positive: Location was good and although no parking was available at the property, there was street parking at the rear of the building most times.
Negative: The owner took $350 of my deposit for a lamp that may or may not have been damaged. I was unaware of the damage but think that even if it was damaged this amount is excessive for a bedside lamp replacement. I was monstered by the other neighbors who have obviously decided that they don't like a bookabach property close to them. Perhaps they have had bad experiences at times. Initially this was a sticky note put on the entrance door to be careful not to slam the door as a mother and baby are sleeping next door. Even though we took great care to do this, the note kept being put up. We also had another neighbor come into the apartment and yell at me because my son had accidently rung the wrong apartment to be let in. He threatened to call the police if we weren't careful. This was an overreaction as there hadn't been any noise or disturbance as wed just moved in at that time. In fairness however I can understand that these Neighbours are possibly regularly disturbed by the comings and goings of random guests. A 2nd set of keys would have made it easier to manage 2 separate adults as booked by us.
