Positive: Clean, comfortable, lovely location. Access easy and within a short walk of 2 pubs (best check if serving food for evening). Management responsive to communication.
Negative: The shower is located in the bedroom and toilet located off the sitting room, so awkward with 3 people staying. We messaged beforehand and explained we were a group of 3 friends. However, only 2 sets of towels provided. The bedding for the sofa bed not easy to find. No complimentary tea, coffee or milk - a first! No small sharp knife for preparing food. However apart from these niggles it is a very presentable apartment and a great base gor exploring a historical area with plenty of great walks on the doorstep.

Positive: The house was great value for money, it had a smart tv, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the bed was very comfy!
Negative: The shower trey was blocked so water overflowed when the shower was used. The frying pan was also really greasy before use- like it hadn’t been washed. Cleanliness wise, it was ok but I think there could be a little Bit more attention to detail.

Positive: The location was perfect, it was ideal for one night. The bed was comfy and extra bedding was provided for the sofa bed.
Negative: The place could do with a good clean. It would’ve been nice to be provided with washing up liquid and bin bags.

Positive: Under floor heating made it lovely and warm .
Negative: No access to patio or garden for the dog. Back door padlocked close . Sink for personal washing was very small , could only use for handwashing really.
Summary: Over priced , would pay aroind £90 for this level of accommodation .

Positive: Beautifully quaint, good location with very comfy bed! Host was amazing turning up with an iron 5 mins after asking! Very cosy having underfloor heating too. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Negative: Lovely stay, right next to 2 country pubs. Was missing shampoo, washing up liquid and tea towel, which wasn't end of the world, still loved it. Was great to stay in a lovely little chapel . Would recommend. Only small, but fine for 4 people. Ideal for Chatsworth or Bakewell and surrounding areas. Would go again - thank you
