Summary: This duplex or double bungalow is in a beautiful neighborhood. We always felt safe and welcome. Checking in was odd because our instructions gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong side of the duplex address. The inside is nice; it's just a bit worn. The kitchen sink stopper doesn't work, the bathtub stopper doesn't work, and there is no door to the backyard. I bought a couple of folding chairs so we could sit in the backyard with our dog.

Summary: Love the neighborhood, very clean place, and beds comfortable. A few things need some attention: outlet face plates missing in several places, electrical cord for tv hangs down beside LR chair, bring a hairdryer, trim pieces missing on kitchen island, unit on right (B) doesn’t have access to yard from inside the unit (have to go out front door and through gate on side of unit), the dining room chairs are all wobbly and give like they will collapse (especially for adults), and LR chair has rear leg bent inwards. These are small things but a problem if you plan to have a couple of guests over. We were close to family and no need to entertain. We loved walking the neighborhood despite the rainy weather and the price was right for the comfortable beds and quiet surroundings.
