Summary: The room, the staff, the neighborhood was amazing. They go above and beyond and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. They were kind of enough to shift my reservation dates after unexpected flight delays leaving the US because of the winter storm, which ease a lot of the stress that I was under trying to make it to Lisbon. I would absolutely return for a much longer stay!

Summary: The room was very nice. Also very clean. My only negative comment was that the breakfast included with the room was not as good as it might have been. In particular one morning we got a breakfast box to go and it was frankly terrible. We paid extra to have our breakfast included but don't feel we got good value for the money.

Summary: Amazing stay in Lisbon! The staff were incredibly welcoming at check-in (and throughout our stay!), and even though we arrived at lunchtime, we were offered an early check-in. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Summary: The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: This is was probably my favorite stay of my business and personal travel in a long time!! I travel every month for work this is a major compliment. The staff was absolutely incredible. The recommendation for restaurants, cafes and shopping were on point. They were extremely responsive on WhatsApp and helpful with directions around the city. The apartments were impeccable and every detail wa thoughtfully considered. A gem for those who appreciate design and excellent and personable service.
