Our beautiful home is on an oversized corner homesite with rear privacy landscaping in the Village of Lynnhaven. The Lynnhaven neighborhood is known for its proximity to golf, swimming and recreation galore. We are just around the corner from the Churchill Recreation Center with its 3 executive golf courses nearby - Pimlico, Churchill Downs and Belmont.. To round out the fun Churchill Recreation center has pickleball courts, tennis, family pool, billiard tables and numerous activities for your enjoyment. Golfers appreciate only the short ride to the Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club, complete with restaurant, driving range, pro shop and golf academy. Very close by is CR 466 with all its shopping, stores and restaurants including Walmart, Bealls Department Store, The Fresh Market, Publix, Bob Evans,Bonefish, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc..Central to either Sumpter Landing or Spanish Springs which offer numerous live entertainment venues. 3 Town Squares also offer shopping, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, dancing, happy hour, each with two weekly outdoor vendor nights and the cinemas have first run movies. The Villages offer so many restaurants and Country Clubs that you could eat out for two months or more and not have to go to the same restaurant twice. Television, WiFi internet are all included in this fully furnished home. The beautifully decorated living room has a HD flat-screen TV and a relaxing sofa and loveseat. The primary bedroom is a king-size oasis with its own en-suite. The very popular home style features the split bedroom floor plan. Two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds and large closets. The Florida room has recliners and a desk. The enclosed lanai is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Just pack your bags! Fully equipped kitchen with large island perfect for entertaining. Very open floor plan. Saving the best for last, there is use of a 4-passenger electric golf cart equipped with headlights and turn signals, ready for your use on the golf course or around town, day or night for your driving pleasure provided we receive the signed Waiver/Liability completed from you . If you like bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickle ball or tennis, there's plenty to be found that's just a short golf cart ride away.
Rental Policy: $650 Deposit/Security cleaning fee due within seven days of booking. There is a $150 Cleaning Fee taken out of the Security deposit. Security deposit funds minus cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days. (Usually sooner, as soon as the cleaning company gives the home a complete inspection).
Rental payment in full is due 60 days prior to rental. (So we can get the keys to you before you start to travel to Florida!) State and local tax will be added to the rental rate.

$50 (optional) Temporary ID is available. The executive golf courses are included with these temporary resident ID cards and use of the pools and recreational centers of The Villages. The $50 fee is payable directly to The Villages and entitles you to two ID cards per household and have the same benefits a permanent resident has.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a signed PERSONAL GOLF CART WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT form to drive. If you plan to use the golf cart, let us know and we will mail the PERSONAL GOLF CART WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT and you can mail the signed PERSONAL GOLF CART WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT. When we receive the signed agreement, we will allow use of the golf cart. We have regularly scheduled maintenance for the golf cart so it is in good shape but we cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
